Kukan Ops · Terms of Service
Updated October 21, 2026. By using Kukan Ops, you agree to these terms. Contact: kukantech88@gmail.com.
Service and eligibility
This site provides application information, a Google / YouTube authorization relay and a separate publishing demo. The demo only manages test videos uploaded in the current session; uploads default to private, with separate confirmation for visibility and scheduling changes. You must be permitted to manage the channel and use the originating workspace. Production LAN publishing is provided by the connected business application, separately from this demo.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for selecting the correct account and channel, content rights, captions and publishing settings, protecting workspace access and following applicable laws, YouTube policies and workspace rules. Do not impersonate channels, distribute malicious content, bypass controls or abuse APIs. Using this service or Google APIs to create, upload or distribute non-consensual intimate imagery, including AI-generated non-consensual intimate imagery (AI NCII), is prohibited. This service does not provide AI intimate-image generation.
Third-party services
This service uses YouTube API Services. By using the relevant features, you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's data practices are described in the Google Privacy Policy.
Authorization and availability
You can revoke Google access at any time. Access may fail due to expiration, revocation, quotas, network conditions or third-party policies. The Google application is currently in Testing; YouTube test authorizations generally expire after 7 days. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, Google verification approval or successful publishing. Confirm results in your application before repeating an operation.
Privacy, termination and changes
Read our Privacy Policy and deletion instructions. Access may be suspended for misuse. These terms are updated as the service changes. Any limitation of liability applies only as permitted by law and does not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
